I thought the Judge came out in '70. I guess my knowledge of cars isn't exactly perfect.

No, the Judge ran from '69 to '71. '69 was the most common year (most of them are painted Carousel Red, but other colors were offered halfway through the model year).

I always thought that the Mopar's had the best color choices and they actually looked good on their cars, but this color on a GTO, just doesn't look right.
