I've said it before a few times, but I'll say it again... I adore the new Lancer. In any form. But the Evo is ESPECIALLY nice. Mitsubishi really did an amazing job of coming out with a compact sedan that doesn't look like anything else, yet looks great. Very nice aggressive look to it.

I think the new Lancer and STi are both ugly. Then again, they've never really been attractive cars to begin with.

#3, It's a subjective opinion. I respectfully and politely disagree with your assessment. I've thought EVERY Lancer Evolution has looked good, and every 1st-gen WRX STi looked good... and the post-bugeye/pre-vagina-face WRX was pretty decent, too.

#2, If I had about 50k$ for a car, I'd buy a new Evo, no doubt about that.

It looks like they tore the ass off of a Lexus RX300 and stapled it onto an Evo X
