I understand it's a nice place to live....nice scenery, high average income, low crime rate. It's also the only state in which a citizen can carry a concealed weapon without a permit. >:D
Too bad it snows there. Rust sucks.

No seatbelt laws either
(not that I don't wear seatbelts mind you, I even use the shoulder belts now :P)
