Description:
While messing around with some mods for Street Legal Racing Redline, I decided to try and break my own personal 212 mph speed record (set in a 500ci blown 1969 Chevrolet Nova).

I decided that this minty 1976 Mustang Cobra II, with its 302 V8, would make a good starting point.

#19, Ah, yes.

I also never got into the whole "Mac vs. PC" thing, since Macs are technically PCs. I always just say "Mac or Windows."

#22, Better be careful when you say that... all of the Linux fanboys will be foaming at the mouth for being ignored... all 5 of them that actually use Linux and don't use their parents' Windows PC to brag about how awesome it is...

my school just got some Vista shit and I hate it even more than I do at home. Dammit. Oh well.

Now back to the cars..the game looks fun, and the damage model is quite cool :-)

#24, It is kinda fun, but it wants to crash anytime I try to race downloaded cars, so I'm basically just stuck with the test track and using cheat codes to get money. It also crashes sometimes when I try to go to the dealerships.

A little more SLRR randomness:

Jumping a 1971 Plymouth Cuda 440+6:

Afterwards in the shop. Amazingly, the damage was pretty minor, due mostly to the car landing upright (though on its nose):

And one more: 1963 Chevrolet Impala, after skidding into and smashing a tree. Impact area was driver's side, right around the firewall, and the impact was strong enough to dislodge the engine and hurl it into oncoming traffic. The driver looks oddly unaffected.

Upgraded to the 2.3.0 version yesterday. Unforunately, that means most of my old downloaded cars don't work anymore. But I have access to a few new interesting ones.

The worst wreck I've had yet in this:

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/0...tuffedupC10.jpg

This was the result of attempting 140 mph in a '66 Chevy C-10, then having it fly off the road and stuff itself roof-first into a dry concrete river bed.

Now I want this game, too. Maybe I'll look for it during spring break.

Mainly built to see if I could. Not long afterward, I rebuilt it with an 800 hp RB26 and AWD, with 19" Tenzo R wheels.

#36, Yep. Somebody just released a pretty good Skyline C110 for it, but I haven't had a chance to download it yet.
