Description: This comes from a site of a foreign guy who makes REALLY good 3D models or cars. Here's a '76 Ford Torino. Am I the only one who thinks this guy should work for Rockstar games?

Jon, some pics (like a lot of offtopic pics) make no sense to vote rice/not rice so you vote good/bad. I just added the text there so if a pic can't be voted rice/not rice due to it being a picture of a tree or whatever then it can be voted good/bad.

#20, I'm kind of happy with the way it is. I think the way it's setup now is better then a 1 pic/hour thing. I think 5 a day is pretty good too. If I did increase it then I would probably also add the hourly thing so you could only do 1 an hour or something and not spam the new pics list.

Jon, you can choose to not see offtopic pics in your profile. Just uncheck the box on your settings page (or if it's your first time in there then check the boxes of the types of pictures you want to see).

I say rice/not rice for cars, trucks, and vehicle groups. all the rest just good/bad. simplifies matters.

hmm, vehicle misc would make sense to be notrice/good rice/bad ...maybe set the submit info for that category to be specific (if it isnt already)

#36, well I would get rid of the not rice/good rice/bad thing completely. Categories would be either rice/not rice or good/bad. None of this mixed stuff :)
