True fact.....the U.S. government kept Hitler's pants, and in 1948 formally burned them to prevent the "symbolic worship of what they stand for". Who would worship Hitler's pants and why was never explained.

#15, DNA extraction was unknown at the time, was DNA even known? but testing/sequencing was 40 years away anyhow in the 1940's and no viable sample can be collected off of pants 4 years after they were worn anyway, any hair or skin that may have contained it will have disintigrated
