#17, Um, Max Payne copied the Matrix. The Matrix was out first.

#42, But Max Payne, and the "Bullet Time" slow motion were being worked on BEFORE the Matrix was released, and before anybody knew what special effects were gonna be in the Matrix.

#44, Nope, just adding my two cents, I can drop this issue after saying what I said in #43.

#25, thats what i hated about my contemporary lit class less semester, every fucking word of every fucking sentence was supposed to mean something...sometimes teachers dont realize that maybe the author was just writing for the hell of it

"Sergei walked to the store."

uh, lets see here...the author must have chosen the name sergei because it sounds foreign and represents the main character's struggle for acceptance in everyday life, just like an immigrant; he walked instead of running because he must have been a very cool and patient person, symbolizing his overall lifestyle; and finally, the author called it a generic store instead of stop and shop or hannafords probably because he wanted to generalize the story and give the characters a bit of mystery, which ties into the overall theme

shut the fuck up!
