That is called a superimposed mustang. I learned how to do that in Photography school. you need real high quality equipment and be a pro to do work like that

Maybe his brake lights are on because it's an automatic and he's doing a brake-stand.

The smoke looks kinda photoshoped in places, near the floor, right by the tire.....
