y pipe and the cat back exuast subtract some then you get to the nice overly large rims and that subtracts more... |

Depends were the y is put, if its done like most jobs then it wont add much hp but will give you that all important im an idiot thats driving a 4 banger with dual exhuast look... |

Well whatever, the engine doesnt have to banks of cylinders so thus can deal with one exhuast pipe :P |

A y pipe is just splitting one tail pipe into 2 of em, ive seen em anywere you can think of....
Even seen em in plumbing. |
