Description:
Its not bad enough to have tacky sticker stripes, plastic hub caps, and a giant spoiler on a FWD sedan. But a Kia Sepia? What on earth was this person thinking?
IMO this guy sets the record for the ultimate cheapest ricer (and possibly slowest too). |

Nah, the slowest ricer would probably be a Geo Metro. Some of those only had 55hp.

where i live, there is a 4-dr ford with those same hubcaps, and with flame stickers on the front fenders and doors
