i take it he doesn't drive it or your state has an only front licence plate necessary law.

Canada, but yeah, he's not driving it right now (too much snow, he brought it home one night and then it snowed like mad.)

They're off because he's thinking about custom plates... I suggested "NO CIVIC".

#1, Which would be really weird (if such a law existed) because many states in the US require only a plate on the back (FL, for example..).
