Isn't GM putting a V8 into the Bonneville in the near future?

#3, that i've heard too.

but with the Aroura getting killed off at the end of the 2003 model year - this one's probably going too.

#7, Well...GM design around the world seems to be meshing together...but I can safely say, there are NO common parts between this and the Commodore...

This = FWD large-car American designed platform
Commodore = RWD midsize-car European designed platform

I have a Bonneville. Older one (1993), but I've always been partial to their design, grandma car or not. And god damn its comfortable. I'd love a V8 Bonneville.

#11, I still think that 1992-1999 Bonneville was one of the nicest-driving FWD luxoboats (or just boats) GM made. Never met one I didn't like.
