korean cars are fairly low in quality - which is why they are offering the big warranties to get people to buy their car. Personally, the less time I spend waiting for my car to get fixed (even if it is free), the happier I am. |

Thank you kstagger, I knew I wasn't the only one who has heard about Korean cars' low quality. |

The Isuzu version was pretty cool, I've seen plenty on the net tuned to 400+ (turboed, obvioulsy) HP. |

#28, I've never heard of these problems, Isuzu in my experience (my mom's Trooper) are pretty reliable. These had Lotus tuned suspension too. The Isuzu version had this mean looking mesh grill and two round light per side which were only partially obscured by the covers when closed, looked muscle-car-ish (until you saw the rest!) |

#26, well I did see 2 or 3 broken down over a few weeks a few years ago when I wanted one. maybe it was a sign from heaven.
#27 I saw an 80s Impulse in the junkyard yesterday. if it still had an engine it might make a good donor for a Chevette (same basic floorpan)
also I knew a kid who had an Imark like 6 years ago. cool little thing

#30, I'd say vice versa, the Impulse was far better looking, if you ask me. |

#30, Yea, those rusted real bad. Almost as bad as a 280z. It was an uncomfortable ride also. The only thing that I drove that was lower to the ground was a Honda Del Sol. Those things were just a few inches from the ground. No exaggeration! You can just sense the ground was inches from your booty and legs. |
