Description: This fucking Accord pisses me off. This guy goes to my school. For at least the last 2 years it has looked like this. Here is an idea: If you can't afford to paint your fucking car, don't put on the fucking ground effects!

This car failed more smog checks in the last decade than it passed. Seems after it failed four consecutive tests in 2008, the owner gave up on it. There's no "pass" result since then.

#35, I'm figuring no, because both cars appear to have their original plates. Hilariously, this piece of crap is still on the road and was smogged successfully earlier this year. It failed 13 of 23 smog test attempts in the past 10 years.
