Description:
I know you guys will love this car. A friend of mine took some pics of it and gave it to me as a attachment. The car has about 300 horsepower after some mods I put on.
As a matter of a fact my g/f and her brother own it as a weekend car. So here you guys go,a lovely 2000 Ford Mustang GT V8. |

#39, enthusiast - [en-thoo-zee-ast, -ist] –noun
a person who is filled with enthusiasm for some principle, pursuit, etc.; a person of ardent zeal: a sports enthusiast.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Tell me, how exactly are the terms "enthusiast" and "nerd" mutually exclusive? In fact, I'd submit that in order to be an enthusiast, you have to be something of a nerd to begin with. We're car nerds.
To some people, the idea of being obscure and driving a car that not everyone sees every day on the road is more important than driving a bland, common car that happens to be fast or "stylish." Picking the Mustang is the equivolent of being boring and generic enough follow sports, drink Budweiser, and lust after dumb women with fake tits.

#42, Thats the thing, a number of obscure cars ARE bland. Nerd means just that, people with little to no outside life masturbating to a canadian sunfire. I'm no mustang fan myself, but I will forever find it more attractive than a mexican renault. |

Drive what you want-fuck what people think.
Lord knows I wouldn't be caught dead driving some 70s Impala whateverthehellthoseonesarecalled with big blingy monster truck rims and gatorade logos or whatever.

#44, Agreed. Not everyone has to drive something sporty/cool/expensive and in the 'right' color to boot. If that were the case, the world would be boring as fuck. |

#43, They aren't bland, by mere virtue of their obscurity. Some of us are more interested in gaining knowledge and firsthand experience of cars from thoughout history than we are in "ballin'" in something "tight."
By all means, buy a 4.6 Mustang. Put big 26 inch rims on it, too, or whatever it is that's "trendy" now. If removing the doors ever becomes popular, I'm sure you'll be first in line for that "mod," as well. |
