If you saw the original picture, he was color-matched with his (red) car. He was trying to look flamboyant. I guess he pulled that off. I think he was actually doing it for humor; the picture was lifted from an article on an Aussie ricer site. The other pics had lots of women posing with his car.

Yeah the car is rolla sx. Its a 4A-GZE, its a supercharged 1.6L running 14psi. Its got about 350fwhp might be more I cant remember. The car a few years back looked pretty good. It didnt have much of a body kit on it, and it didnt have that stupid widebody kit on it.

the scene after this was always one of my favorite movie car chases, even though now i notice the Delorean had a really hard time getting up to 88 mph (the speedo goes up to 85!) and it was being challenged by a Volkswagen bus with rocket-wielding libyans, also Doc was able to drive it via remote even though it had a manual transmission, etc... but hey, when that baby hits 88 miles an hour, you see some serious shit.
