I saw this car up close again yesterday and noticed that the "HONDA" on the front chicken wire is either hand-painted or applied with electrical tape. The letters are all out of proportion.

I can't believe the amount of chicken wire he used on the inside alone. It was in every possible place, from using it as speaker covers, to an asg tray lid, to the dash, to the area above the shifter/below the HVAC controls where you usally toss cds, tapes, maps, whatever.

Really funny story about this car. I know this kid. He would beat the crap outta that car. He put 2 clutches in it in two years. He would take it to 8,000 rpms to reverse. I'm not making that up either. On the day of graduation he was driving to get his girlfriend. He heard this really loud bang and there was alot of smoke. His engine blew up. And I mean BLEW up. There were chunks of block laying in the road and there was a piston dangling under his car. He had to use that fire extinguisher you see on the passanger side pillar to put out his engine bay. Everything was destroyed. Mommy and Daddy spent about 5g's to fix it. There are about 5 other funny stories I could tell you about this car.

Cheap isn't the word for this car. EVERYTHING on that car is used already. I know that doesn't mean much with certain parts but the body kit was re-fiberglassed 5 times before he bought it. He himself has had to re-fiberglass it about 3 times and he doesn't used fiberglass sheets and resin. He uses only resin and glops it on until it looks smooth. He hit a squirel on day going about 10 mph and it shattered. One other time he showed up and his front bumper was electrical taped on because he didn't want to bolt it on right. He was taking it off again later that day so he put two bolts in and about 75 pieces of electrical tape. Yes, I live in york.

He has four 15 inch subs in the back. He took out his back seat and put ply wood in for the box. He angled them so that two were at a 90 degree angles and the others were at a 45 degree angle right under them. He didn't measure right and when then subs hit, they smack against each other.

#17, Typical. Very typical. Just like ricers to worry about the stereo first (and the more subs the better *rollseyes*) and then not even do it right. I'm going to work on doing my stereo in the coming year. I'm going to do it right and dynamat everything and buy an enclosure for a 12" that will go where the spare tire does now for part of it.
