It's a kit car called the Centaur, based upon the Hillman Imp. It's best known for its "starring" role as the Durango 95 in the movie "A Clockwork Orange."

Great movie, definetly recommend seeing it, youll be amazed at the end, kind of dumbified. Strange shit though.
