Its very rare to see some car like this. This is the worst-of-the-worst in Rice, since You can't even tell what car make it is. This is so terrible, even ricers would agree its ugly. The owner obviously spent more money on modifying the car than the car itself.

We had those in the back yard once...had to have a guy come out and spray them, 'cause they kept biting the dog.

The ONE good thing I have to say is that at least the car and the bodykit are the same color. That seems to be a rarity in rice.
