Actually I'll let you guys in on a little secret. For my year model, my color is actually just Bright Red. The same paint code was referred to as Bright Rally Red in 2000?-up year Camaros.

The purple was ugly. Not quite as bad as the dayglo green or pink, but ugly nonetheless.
