#19, I'm not impressed by a ZX2 either, ESPECIALLY the automatics. It gets me from here to there without costing a lot. Sure I like the way it looks, but I'm not going to attempt to make it into a show car or race car.
Honestly, the Probe is a cramped, not so high-quality hatchback. I also didn't like the ride quality at all. Would you have been satisfied if Ford had replaced the Mustang with the Probe? It's not a high-performance car by any means. |

#22, Any 1st-gen (94-98) SN95? Easily.
99+ automatics/convertibles? Probably. (4R70W transmission is not my favorite..)
99+ manual coupe? Comes down to driver skill, I'd say. |

#23, But, regardless, the earlier point I made regarding the drag-racing shootout--none of those V6 cars were likely stock. I'm sure a good number of the V6 'Stangs were Procharged, Vortec'd, or running a fairly large shot of nitrous (you can spray up to around a 100-125 shot on those engines without breaking anything). Yet, what came out on the top of the heap? V6 Probe?
Anyway, I'm not saying I particularly like the Probe, and I'm certainly glad Ford didn't use it as the "Mustang IV" or something. Still, it just seems silly to bash on the thing needlessly. |

#26, *shrugs*
I dunno, the person who just posted 10 cars in a row and used the words "anal Probe" around 8 or 9 times? :-P |

I wonder who that was, I only posted 8. :P
The "Anal Probe" is just a nickname my wife came up with for them. I'd call it that whether I liked the car or not. Besides, it's not bashing, it's just some humour, like the nice gentleman who called us all rednecks and flooded our site with his Anal Probe buddies. |

Geesh, defensive. I know she's not the only one who says it, but many years ago she looked at one and thought "Anal Probe" to herself without hearing it from anywhere else, and she was the first person I ever heard use the term.
Calm down man, it's not like I said she invented the internet. :P |

Anal probe is something that comes to mind whenever I see 'em. on a sad note I knew a guy in highschool who wanted so bad to get a probe so he could get a plate that said "anal" |

Did he also want the pink or purple paint colors they offered in Probes? |

If I read the words "anal" or "probe" one more time, I'm gonna kill someone. |

#34, *hi-fives Skid*
Sorry, but I don't want to hear those words used again unless someone on this site gets kidnapped by aliens. |
