Lose the windshield banner and it'll look nice. Needs more sidewall too.
Not bad for an Anal Probe. |

#3 The Ford Probe & Mazda MX6 (&626) are all built by Auto Alliance and powered by a Mazda engine & drivetrain. |

#10, The only weirdness on the inside is missing backseat (which you couldnt get to with the fixed back front anyway) I am going to re-carpet that area so it doesnt look as "bare" though.

Looks like someone is whoring votes for this one too. Almost 60 votes in less than a day. Great...we're going to have Anal Probes ahead of deserving muscle cars in the Top 10. How pathetic. |

Eh... Don't Blame him.
I'm the idiot. I'm the one that intentionally whored my car. And I noticed my car got booted off the top ten anyway. So noone will ever remember. I only made the redneck comment to get people to check the site and vote anyway. The thread on Probetalk is almost dead, so one need not worry about a thousand Probes showing up. |

I wouldn't blame the bootin' on us here rednecks - heck, my car got booted off the top 10 non-ricers. Blame the countless trolls. |

#12, Well, if it's not rice, it's not rice. It's nice having muscle cars in the top-10, but still--there are other cars that deserve it, too (not saying this one does, although it's pretty decent in appearance). |

I test drove a '97 Probe a few years ago, and I'll be happy if I never have to ride in one again. Hey, Ford used the ZX2 to fill the "compact coupe" vacancy left by the axing of the Anal Probe. Just thought I'd mention that again. :) |

#18, *dons flame suit*
The Probe was available with a V6 and a turbo I4 at different points in its life, if I recall. Also, the winner in this year's Morana V6 challenge (http://www.moranav6racing.com/ ) was also a Probe, beating out Ford SHOs and V6 Mustangs.
I've never ridden in a Probe. I have driven a ZX2 (automatic) though, and I can't say that I was impressed more with it than with, say, my sister's plain-vanilla Escort. |

And I also like the styling of the earlier Probes with the long window glass. Some of 'em kind of remind me of Porsche 944s. |
