#1, Ugly. The rear taillamps seem to have a familiar design, though--3 lights. Perhaps was Ford trying to market a replacement for the Mustang even when the Probe was in its concept stages?

#4, I saw a Blackwood this morning...I thought it was axed before production?

I did too, and I saw one this morning...I was confused. It was ugly, it had 4 or 5 pinstripes evenly spaced that ran all the way around the bed and tailgate, pretty stupid looking. Actually, it looked just like the one in this picture. I bet the owner has a lot of trouble getting it insured since it's probably not listed in databases of cars produced. :P

#6, Produced one year. Someone in Satellite Beach owns one...they live on a road called DeSoto Ave.... I see it ever so often.

#8, Well they all look the same. You can get them in any color you want, long as it's black. These have been out for a while. I saw one over a year ago. Not popular at all though, mainly cause they're way overpriced. I believe they're axing it.

#10, It's already BEEN axed. Only produced one year, like I said.

Oh and as for this Anal Probe, it's wedge shaped for easy insertion.

It was very ugly, and the tiny short bed is pretty useless. Also, for a Lincoln, it had a lot of unpainted, cheap grey plastic showing. No wonder it's not popular.

#14, Oh yeah, the short bed was another big complaint with potential buyers.

Well, since I last posted in this thread, Lincoln will AGAIN try to sell a pickup...but make it less-worthless...

It'll be basically a rebadged F-150 4-door shortbed, and will be called the "Lincoln Mark LT". It will be more like a normal pickup truck.

#17, Because everyone who wants a serious work vehicle will buy a Lincoln, naturally.

They can get away with luxury SUVs, but I don't think anybody is going to buy something that expensive to haul ATVs and fertilizer around in.

#19, I'm willing to bet the Lincoln pickup will be higher than that.

I should rephrase though..I don't think anybody is going to buy something that prestigious to haul ATVs and fertilizer in. Pickups are largely seen as utilitarian vehicles still, and the people why buy them are either people who use them, or posers that want to look tough. Nobody is going to buy that type of vehicle for serious work, and posers won't feel tough driving something with a Lincoln badge on it.

Plus, I don't think rappers and actors are going to be cruising Beverly Hills in pickup trucks, regardless of their badging. Even the Cadillac Escalade was a tough sell prior to getting so much exposure from the Hollywood types.
