Or the hubcaps. I do see plenty of ricers rolling on steelies, though, so it's possible that he only had the "wing" part of the famed "wing and bling" duo.

some of the cars that ride steelies do it to save wietght. Theres an Accord in Brooklyn Park, MN runnin 14s and has steelies, CF hood, and no body kit,.-

#2, Reminds me of a guy from school, he leased a new sunfire, hes in grade 11 :| he put a pipe and a sound system in the car and he had hub caps which have been taken off the car which I assume is for the "my rims (hub caps) are to nice to be driven in the winter and beat up" effect
