That should be 2002 RSE, not 2003. Me = mixed up.
In any case, it's running a 500 ci Caddy motor with ported cast iron '73 heads, a Holley 850 cfm carb, Comp cams hyrdaulic flat tappet cam (230/236, 0.567/0.567) and a TH400 trans with shift kit and a 2800 stall converter. The suspension is done up with .5 inch set back in the upper A arms, KYB gas shocks, 1 inch sway bars and boxed lower control arms, 17.95 Billet wheels on Nitto tires, and it has 12 inch disc brakes all the way around.
It was competitive with all the other cars in handling, and despite a 2.73 geared 10 bolt, it runs 11.8 @ 116 mph in the quarter. Did I mention it has full custom interior? |

I think the entire 2002 RSE lineup was posted on here once, but I don't think there's a picture of this car alone on here. I could be wrong, though. |

#11, I would think it's got kind of a stiff ride...which of course is the trade off.
Soft springs = smooth ride, bouncy handling
Firm springs = choppy ride, good handling |

Cadillac-class Frigate... HA! Good one.
The guy basically HAD to drift the thing around some of the corners, brakes were strugglin'.
I gotta find that mag with the article... again. |

#12, Unless it has progressive rate springs. Then it can be stiff and stable under load, but still ride nice under normal conditions. Thats what I plan to get on my car to replace my shitty springs. |
