#3, Probably the same reason that one of the leading Porsche dealers back home also sells Mercedes.

#3, Seems strange considering they're rivals, but let's see what they have in common:
*Both Italian.
*Both are among the 4 remaining car companies that were started by racing. (Maserati, Ferrari, Lotus, McLaren)
*Both expensive.
I don't know why.
