#1, Could be. Looks like a towel rack with a green bungie cord to me. :P
In any case, take that off and I'd like this car.

The wheels I can live with, but those graphics are worse than the "stampede" on Lemming's car. I'd rather see that sticker on this car, at least the colors would coordinate better than that green snake and would look more fitting than that deformed horse. Other than the stickers and the misplaced badge, I love it.
