oh yeah I saw an El Camino with the SS nose today. don't see many like that.

It wouldn't look so bad if the nose didn't droop like that. Can't argue with the powerplant, though. |

The builder screwed up by sticking the Monte Carlo SS nose and hood on with the Malibu fenders. If you're going to do that swap, do the whole front clip. Personally, though, I think the stock '78-'81 Malibu front looks better. |

I guess I forgot about seeing this cause I have wondered how this would work on a street car. Most of the dirt track cars around here run this combo and it looks good in that form. |

#17, Probably because after a season of racing, there's too many dents and dings to make the disharmony that obvious. :) |
