#19, 2 and 3 litre soda bottles are common-phrase terms, soda cans are measured in fluid ounces, but, no one ever mentions them by that size, they'll always say "a can of coke" and you pretty much know in your mind how much that is |

The speedo on my Jetta (its a 2000) goes to 220km/h but my cavalier only goes up to 160 km/h (its a 94), my moms old Grand Prix (2000) went up to 180km/h, her new Grand Prix (2004) goes up to 220km/h, my step dads chev 3/4 ton (94) went up to 140km/h and I don't know what his new his new 2004 Sierra goes too. |

i think our medium coke bottle changed becuase of the US ones where just slightly different. i think coke standardized the 2. ours were 600ml then became 591. i think the US 20oz bottles work out to 591. correct me if i am wrong, could just be for more money. 9ml adds up over millions of bottles. |

#25, They probably only wanted to have to make one size for sale in all of N. America so they used the US standard one which didn't tanslate into an even metric size
