14.7 seems right.
the SH wasn't available in until the generation after this (96 or 97 and up)

#5, Well I could *maybe* believe 14.7 from a JDM Si vtec. If it's the US model I doubt it very much...in fact I'd say BS. Not unless he's stripped the car for weight (hardly stock then)...which looking at the exterior (nice as it is, imo) I doubt.
As said, the SH was 5th Gen only and they weighed some 200lbs more than the 4th Gen with little improvement in HP. I couldn't see a stock Type SH doing 14.7.
Still, clean looking 4th Gen.

I think an S would be quicker, since it doesnt have the added weight of the four-wheel steering.
Wait..I dont think this model had an SH option. That wasnt til 97 if I remember right..
