My mom used to have a van like this... until the engine caught fire while she was driving it down the interstate. Someone in oncoming traffic called the Fire Department and the fire truck and a state trooper pulled her over. And yes, the engine is inside the cab on these vehicles. Lucky the cab didn't catch fire. The next van my mom got, she hydroplaned and flipped it.

#4, Well she got a '98 Suburban after the van she wrecked. Ran it into a light pole in the KMart parking lot and also ran into a metal fence. All cosmetic damages. Amazingly enough, the dealership bought it back for $17k and she got a '00 Suburban. Everything was good up until last week... she now has a large dent on her hood. Not sure how it got there, but it's the size of a fist. *shrug*

#5, Case in point... I think she has bad luck with every vehicle. But I've been taking care of her '00 Z28 and it's perfect.
