Description:
...yet another photo of the 2005 Mustang...
This appears to be the base V6 model... so what if it's the slower version, I still like the way it looks. |

#2, I've seen one C6 in East Grand Rapids (the rich part of town)... and I'll have to agree it was pretty fugly
I have seen one new mustang parked outside the Ford Proving grounds when I went to Dearborn, MI - and that was in early spring - I didn't have time to snap a pic though - I was driving |

from Edmunds Town Hall (dunno how accurate these statements are):
#669 of 676 4.6L Problems by tacoboy Sep 24, 2004 (7:34 pm)

I just read that the Mustang GT will be delayed due to a problem with the 4.6L engine. The V6s should be shipping end of Oct, but the GTs are delayed until Ford finds a solution. Another botched release for Ford?

The GT will be released because a batch of 3 valve heads was defective for some reason. The delay is merely to permit new heads to be made.
The 3 valve head is already used on the F-150 5.4 liter engine and the F-250/350 6.8 Liter V10 engine.
The 2005 expeditions are also delayed for the same reason.

I like the the wheels on this Mustang. Too bad they're only available on the V6s.
At least the Bullitt wheels are available on the GT, though. |

I wonder what an SVT version will look like. I can't wait to see the new Stangs in real life. |

There was talk of that when there was talk of the shelby cobra going into production, the new concept they had would kinda shit on that theory though. Shelby is being intergrated with SVT however |

SVT is going to be "down" for 18 months (last I heard) while Shelby is worked in and they switch gears car wise and go for a higher class image. |
