I never knew these even existed until around 1999, when my 11th grade Physics teacher told me he had had one in the '80s, and loved it. Oh yeah, in case you couldn't tell, it's badged as a GMC.
(This is the same physics teacher that, at one time or another, owned a Pantera, a '68 L88 widebody [CanAm style] Corvette, '99 S500, two Allantes...and a Chevy Celebrity wagon...he usually drove his Allantes to school, and showed me pictures of his L88.) |

GM=master of rebadging. I also like how both of them had Spanish sounding names seeing as the last ones were built in Mexico. |

I remember seeing a clean, dark blue Caballero when I was little. On the other hand, I didn't find out about the earlier GMC Sprints until the late 1990s. |

I dig 'em, too, I just don't like how nice ones are always north of $10,000 for some reason. It's not like there's a shortage of them or anything.... |
