That - my dear Dirf - is the second best Canadian delicacy. It is known as Poutine.

French Fries + Melted cheese + hot gravy = Poutine; the artiery clogger.

#6, I've never heard of making Poutine with cheese curds. All the ones I've had had melted monzarella which still made my heart work overtime just to keep from having a coronary.

#9, In Quebec, we use cheddar cheese curds, as you can see in the picture.. When you chew on the cheese, it does a "squeek" sound. It's absolutly delicious. Come to Montreal and I'll make you one

donairs are lebanese. But anyways, it's not just quebec with curds. any propper ontario chip wagon will serve the curds. and trust me DiRF the curds rock. I was like cheese curds what the fuck. then i tried it, motzarella aint got shit on curds. god, i want some poutine. that's one thing i forgot to get in MTL.
