If I could find one of these in mint condition, and in my price-range, I'd buy it in a heartbeat! It'd be something different, and it's most definitely faster than my Cavy...

There arn't many good ones left in Sweden. They rust pretty bad(actually the rust faster than you can say bad). Too bad for me, since I want one.

I agree...I love VW's. I like this generation the best, I had a '91 Jetta, before they "rounded out" the lines.

Yep, this is a Rabbit GTi. They didn't start calling them Golfs until '84-'85.
