#7, It's not ignorance, they had no reason to hold him, that's the way the law works. He had no warrants out (since no one had found the bodies yet) If he had been detained, the ACLU would be screaming thier heads off over abuse of homeland security. The one border guy said it best, Looking goofy isn't a crime.
