Why does it sit about a foot lower in this pic? Photoshopped, or hydros/airbags? The image quality is pretty poor, especially around the bottom edge of the body, so my vote is on photoshop.

Probably because they had to do that to even get the front wheelgap and nose height to look even remotely plausible. If you look at the original picture, or if you saw some of the other pictures from the original Ebay auction, you can see that the car nose really isn't tall enough for the rest of the vehicle, so nothing really lines up down the side. The bottom of that trim piece behind the front wheel is easily a couple inches lower than the matching piece on the front bumper.
