I like the wheels, but not in that color. Maybe a nice grey or something. Otherwise, the car looks good.

#3, Its a standoff mod. Supposedly, it helps cool the engine when not in motion. Lets the heat out of the top of the bay. Logical enough, but it looks dumb to me.
