Too much early '90s Nissan Sentra. Foglamps in that position=weird rodent-like look.

#26, too me it looks stupid to have them beside the holes for fog lights. if they covered up the hole it might look better

also while i am a fan of blackouts, to me they just don't look right on these. the smoked headlights look sooo much better
