I saw a 64 Riviera with those wheels, except they were white and 2 inches bigger. It was a damn shame since the body was in almost perfect shape |

#2, Most likely, it was for sale in Detroit. Got a 401 Nailhead, a sound system, flip up TV's and it was re-chromed. Guy said he invested $16,000. He's selling it for $10,000. Hell I'd buy it just to toss on factory wheels and springs

I was working at a dealership last summer and one of the salesmen was leasing a GTO ('04 I believe). He had these wheels on it. 20"s. It made me die a little inside.
