notices the black fencing setup around the larger building That doesn't seem too strange. They just don't want to stop doing business while they're building the new store... they'll probably just knock down the old store when the new one's ready to open. A bank around here did the same thing, only, they went from a huge extravagant building to a small simple one, probably for efficiency and cost purposes.

Here, let me put it out for those of you not keeping up with the rest of the class. 1. They have an older building at their location, and wish to have a more modern store there. 2. They do not want to suspend doing business at that location while they're building the more modern store. 3. They build the more modern store right next to the old one while still operating the old one. 4. When the new store is ready to open, they'll close the old one and open the new one. 5. They'll knock down the old store after they close it and make that area part of the parking lot. You all are assuming they're using both buildings at the same time... anybody who thinks that without noticing the BIG BLACK FENCE AROUND THE LARGER BUILDING needs to take a nap and recharge your brain.
