Oh yeah! Interior pic! http://photo.ricecop.com/pics/lolinfiniti_(3).jpg The leather seats are kinda worn... but I guess that's to be expected...

#41, I love the burgandy over creme color scheme, very nice DiRF! I recommend trying some leather food on those hides, the stuff works minor miracles.

Anyway, once you get to know her better, give us some handling and drivetrain impressions, please.

#44, I can tell you right now, she is slow. I think it's the way the transmission is geared, it feels MUCH more smoother than the Mirage and teh shifts seem to come at higher speeds, even though the engine isn't revving as high... she's geared for cruising, not performance, which should be good if I have some I-95 travelling to do... the Mirage was always kinda flaky and twitchy at Interstate speeds.

Not too bad. Take it from me, replace the timing belt and water pump. The parts car I got died from a torn timing belt. Looks pretty solid, too bad you didn't get a 5 speed :P. I probably shouldn't ask, but how much did it run ya?

#7, I do have to agree with that statement... this thing is sooooo much nicer than the Mirage...

Classy. I actually like these cars; it'll be a refreshing change from a strippo economy car.

I always did like them too... it's not the kinda car an average American wants though...

If an American wants a luxury car, they get something large and massive... this is a compact.
...and depending on who they are, they either want it thumping with power, or have the ride of a hearse... this has neither. It's slow/underpowered, and it rides like a normal everyday sedan.

But really, I prefer a compact car, and I've been driving a combination of the Mirage and my mom's Tracker for 3 years... ANY ride is better than THOSE two... and whilst I do have a leadfoot, I don't require thunderous power... just enough to get me moving briskly, which this car has.

It's just amazing really... leather, sunroof, keyless entry, CD player, power mirrors and seats... I FUCKING LOVE IT... and it's easy to maneuver in tight parking lots, and will [hopefully] deliver somewhere in the realm of 25-28mpg.

love the color - very nice compact cars - but it does come from the years when Nissan (U.S.) was dropping the ball in the power department with their 4-bangers... The SR20 is a nice engine though - I'm surprised they didn't drop the KA24DE (*gag*) in there...

* I've owned both the DE and the E - they are ok engines - just not the smoothest thing around

Late to the party on this one. Didn't find out about it until I visited Rideroom a few minutes ago.

Nice car, and a nice step up from the Mirage. You can totally pick up chicks now by saying "Yeah, I totally drive an Infiniti." :)

#59, That's a lot better than saying "I partially drive an Infiniti".
