Wasn't there Monteverdi based on a granada or something?

Who made these Monicas anyway?

e: I meant the Aspen/Volares ones, seems the one I was thinking of was based on a Euro Granada.

Here's what the Encyclopedia of Classic Cars says, in a nutshell:
Monica GT, produced 1974-75 (35 built) by French railroad tycoon Jean Tastevin with the help of British engineer Chris Lawrence. Built on a tubular spaceframe with hand-milled steel bodywork. De Dion rear suspension with a modified 339ci Chrysler V8 making 305 hp. Top speed: 145mph. Project failed after one year and was bought by Panther Cars Ltd but never again saw production.

#9, Interesting looking vehicle, isn't it? The paint scheme in particular is very art deco.
