The name?
Last I checked - you can't copyright numbers. That's why Pug can't copyright the name 307 when Holden released the HSV GTS 307.

#2, No - it's just that Peugeot started to complain when Holden released the HSV GTS 307 thinking that the number 307 in the Holden is too close to Pug's 307 and might cause confusion.
Personally - I can't see how you could confuse the two - or even the Spectra5 with the Protege5. They're just numbers. The names themselves are what sperate the two cars.
