I don't know... I get the distinct impression that this car is owned by someone that can make people "disappear" in very painful, drawn-out ways... so his car probably doesn't get messed-with that much...

#8, OIC, the area near the Lexus just looked a little seedy to me, but I shouldn't have judged seeing as how there's a few burnt out houses near me and my neighborhood's about as vanilla bland as you could want.
