BTW, for those of you who didn't notice... this is actually the back of the car. Ferdinand Porsche pioneered the mid-engined design in Formula One.

I thought Pierce Arrow made the Silver Arrow...which was a very expensive and cool looking saloon from the mid 30s...

The Type D version of this car (1939) is scheduled to go up for auction at Christie's sometime soon. It's expected to shatter all auction records and become the most valuable collector car in history.
