I setup my approach and getaway, wrote the ticket in a concealed spot of the lot, then went in, placed it, snapped that photo, and left. Raul came out of the store to check it out as I was leaving, I gave him a wave and 3 honks. YEA BITCH

yea, I checked that out, its a manual, I looked quick, and it appeared that the e-brake wasnt engaged. Nothing like ticketing hardcore rice in broad daylight, when the owner is watching.
