those tires look like either 19.5" or 17.5" heavy duty goodyears, probably somewhere around 16ply rating.

#2, i read that its speculated to be on a topkick chassis, and has a 6.5l diesel, which would explain the 3 ton truck tires on it

Not as good looking as Prez limos from the past. I still like it - but it's a hell of a lot better than Bushs' shitty deformed DTS.

Wow... I was off, and D_o was right... this thing is indeed built on a GMC Topkick/Chevy Kodiak platform... has the commercial medium-duty diesel truck engine, too.
