Maybe it IS a real lightning and he couldn't handle the speed, so he added some drag-inducing lights on top to slow it down.

This truck is tyte, without the roll bar though, ok if it was an f-150, and had 4-wheel drive i can see it with the roll bar, because roll bars are for off-roaders, but they dont do much, minly its just a Show bar like this one. Yea too bad this guy had to turn a god truck into looking crappy
