I dunno...except for the color and spoiler, I don't hate this car, it just looks odd. Who would ever think of putting Truck wheels on a Hyundai Excel? Apparently only this guy. And it looks like it has shotgun exhaust, not a fart tip. And the color isn't too bad either. I know it's performance sucks, but it's an interesting car, and not really rice, except for the spoiler.

HOndas have a bad habit of really burning oil if the rings go bad, you can lose a quart a week if they do, trust me on this one

Ah, well, makes sense. My Cavalier has 90K+ miles on it, is 8 years old, and only loses about a half quart of oil every 2000 miles. I'd say that's pretty damn good.

It's a wonder mine is still alive, got bad CV's, bad clutch, bald tires, and it's the only car in the world that I know of whose radio antennae was eaten off by a horse.

Never heard of an antenna gettin' eaten off by a horse, but I did know of one guy who tripped and somehow (I don't know exactly how, so don't ask) had his eyeball impaled on the antenna on his Camaro....I wasn't there...

Ewww, thanks for sharing that. It also has chew marks on the A pillars where the same horse tried to eat the paint off it.

#16, Hyundais of the late 80s shipped to America were basically rebadged Madas 323s built by Hyundai.

#18, Actually, they were rebodied Mitsubishi Colt/Mirages.

Mitsubishi sold a rebadged Excel called the Precis, I've only seen a few in my life.
